The Committee will meet on September 21. To meet the deadlines, this needs to be voted out to full Council at this meeting to appear on the agenda for October 3. Assuming it passes to a second reading, it would be advertised on October 12, and receive a second reading/ordained on October 24. There is no wiggle room. This must come out of committee on September 21st.
