City Manager Letter

Transmitting communication from Robert W. Healy, City Manager, relative to a request from BHX, LLC, as Trustee ("BHX") to release a portion of a City-owned water and sewer utility easement burdening property in the northwest corner of Cambridge. In exchange for the partial release of easement, BHX has agreed to grant a new, relocated water, sewer and utility easement in favor of the City in other portions of northwest Cambridge within Cambridge Discovery Park, and construct new utility facilities in these easement corridors.
