Healy, City Manager, relative to the appropriation of a grant from the State Executive Office of Public Safety for $4,826.91 to the Grant Fund Fire Other Ordinary Maintenance account to provide funds for the Emergency Preparedness and Coordination office which inspects laboratory/research facilities.
