That the City Manager appoint a balanced working group to discuss issues related to dogs; said working group to advise city staff on all dog related issues, including but not limited to extending off-leash availability and interplay with the broader community, signage, gates, lighting, ground cover and dog drinking fountains in parks as well as enforcement of existing laws and regulations.
