That the Home Rule Petition "AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF CAMBRIDGE TO PLACE MUNICIPAL CHARGE LIENS ON REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CAMBRIDGE FOR NON PAYMENT OF ANY LOCAL CHARGES, FEES, OR FINES" be again submitted to the General Court for a special law relating to the City of Cambridge to be filed with an attested copy of this order which is hereby approved under Clause 1 of Section 9 of Article II, as amended, of the Articles of Amendment to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to the end that legislation be adopted precisely as follows, except for clerical or editorial changes of form only.
