That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to confer with the appropriate parties and to report back with an estimate on how many Cambridge residents are working as part of organized labor on development projects in the City of Cambridge along with percentages of minority and women members and what sort of communication takes place with the Rindge School of Technical Arts and local Unions.
