ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to assist the City Council in creating an oversight body whose purpose will be to oversee and implement the Memorandum of Agreement signed by Harvard University and the Riverside neighborhood, particularly the affordable housing units and the open space designs; and be it further
ORDERED: That consideration should be given to various oversight structures, but the final vehicle must include representatives from the Riverside neighborhood, Harvard, the City Council and City Administrative Staff. Particular attention must also be paid to the
