That the City Manager is requested to confer with the Cambridge Community Development Department, the Licensing Commission, and the Traffic, Parking, and Transportation Department on the feasibility of devising a more simplified and streamlined food truck permitting process but that will also still maintain safety and ensure food trucks abide by current regulations.
