Requesting the City Manager to instruct the Director of Traffic, Parking and Transportation and the Commissioner of Police to enforce the speed regulations on Pine and Cherry Streets, and to instruct the Director of Traffic, Parking and Transportation to investigate if there are traffic calming measures that could be implemented in this area.
