The City Manager is requested to instruct the Assistant City Manager for Human Services to provide the City Council with the ramifications for seniors of the closing for renovations of Shaw's Supermarket in the Twin City Mall and steps taken to provide access to groceries, specifically what shuttle service can be provided.
