That the City Manager is requested to confer with the appropriate departments and form a task force including, but not limited to the attendees at the Cable TV, Telecommunications & Public Utilities Committee meeting with the goal of broadcasting previously recorded and live streamed educational content from Cambridge's academic institutions over the public access channels by the fall season.
