That the City Manager is requested to direct the Community Development Department to connect with the DOT and to provide an information packet to the City Council relevant to the future of the Volpe Site and report back to the City Council on this matter for the meeting of March 4, 2013, in advance of the National League of Cities event in Washington, DC.
