That the City Manager is requested to instruct the Director of Traffic, Parking and Transportation to contact the Department of Transportation and request that the traffic signal at East Street and O'Brien Highway, eastbound, be converted to a delayed green signal for better traffic flow and to provide better access to Northpoint.
