That the City Manager is requested to instruct the City Solicitor to draft a section to Chapter 2.112 City Contracts that will require contractors hired by the city to implement and adhere to policies consistent with the city's policies regarding gender identity and sexual orientation and to identify circumstances in which a waiver may be granted, as well as the procedures for granting a waiver.
