ORDERED: That the attached amendment to the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Cambridge to amend the provisions of the PUD-KS District set forth in Section 13.10 of the Zoning Ordinances and which includes a majority of the Volpe Transportation Systems Center site, be refiled as of September 28, 2015; and be it further
ORDERED: That an urban design plan be created for the City's aspirations for the site; and be it further
ORDERED: That the amendment be referred to the Planning Board and Ordinance Committee for a hearing and report.
