That the City Manager is requested to instruct the City Solicitor to obtain a ruling from the Attorney General of the Commonwealth whether soliciting sponsorships of Council orders by a Councillor to all other Councillors by e-mail is a violation of the Commonwealth's Open Meeting Law.
