That the City Manager is requested to confer with the appropriate City personnel to determine whether the City can implement a no parking/buffer zone of one or two car lengths around the entrance to 217 - 229 Putnam Avenue, and also whether it may be feasible to post signage just after the intersection to indicate that there is a hidden driveway from which cars are exiting, and also that children frequently cross in this area.
