That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to instruct Community Development Department to report back on the following recommendations: automatic rate increase of $ 1 + CPI for three years and that the increase continue while the next Nexus Study is conducted; large renovation projects be included; and percentage ratio be considered for middle income housing.
