That the City Manager is requested to report back to the City Council on whether more resources are needed to maintain the tree canopy, such as the need for an additional water truck and whether mulch and watering cans can be made available to residents for use in tree wells to keep down the weeds and addressing other issues and ideas raised at the Health & Environment hearing held on September 16, 2015.
