That the City Manager is requested to consult with the appropriate City personnel to determine what steps the City must take in order to opt in to the new Earned Sick Time law, to apply this to full time as well as part time employees of the City, and to report back to the City Council prior to July 1, 2015 as to how soon the City of Cambridge can formally implement this new law.
