The City Manager is requested to confer with the Director of Traffic, Parking and Transportation regarding the walk signal and the traffic light located at the end of the tunnel on Massachusetts Avenue towards Porter Square where the two signals conflict; the light is green and the walk signal is operating simultaneously.
