ORDERED: The City Manager be and hereby is requested to coordinate with the Superintendent of Public Schools to investigate the Ridgewood, New Jersey initiative entitled "Ready, Set, Relax," which seeks to promote the concept of family time by establishing a day each year that is uninterrupted but extracurricular activities, homework and parent and community meetings and events (see attached article); and be it further
ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to report back to the City Council on this matter.
