That the City Manager is requested to confer with the Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department and appropriate State departments to assess the current safety of the parking regulations as they relate to legal parking which blocks the right lane of Memorial Drive and develop a proposed plan of action to improve safety on Memorial Drive.
