ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to report back to the City Council on neighborhood complaints about noise emanating from trains sounding their horns in East Cambridge, and on what can be done to minimize such noise in residential neighborhoods while trains pass through, while still ensuring public safety.
