That the City Manager is requested to work with the Public Works Department to create a "Project Notification Board" posted in a conspicuous public area near the Common to notify residents of any major project events and to provide a contact number questions regarding the project, ensure that all environmental standards are being closely followed and that up to date soil testing results are posted on the project notification board and to take appropriate action to mitigate the impact of the project on abutters.
