That the City Manager is requested to confer with the appropriate department heads and report back to the Economic Development, Training and Employment Committee with a report on all current "empty storefronts," how long they have remained vacant and the current landlords in anticipation of an Economic Development, Training and Employment hearing tentatively scheduled for September on said issue.
