A discrepancy scores +2 on filing and +40 once a second auditor reproduces it — findings pay only when they're true. Disagreement between two audits is the audit of the audit: a Warden adjudicates, whoever was right takes the finding points, and the record shows the resolution publicly.

Ranks reward accuracy over volume: findings only pay when reproduced, and calibration misses subtract. "Verified" means one trained person compared every claim to the city's record on that date.
