♻ How a page becomes verified, and stays that way

◐ Audited ×1needs a blind second audit. You can't see the first auditor's verdicts until you file, and never your own page twice. +3, concurrence bonus +3 each.

● Verified ×2two independent auditors concur. Audits stay open forever: +3 to re-confirm, the full +10 standing bounty if you catch what everyone missed.

♻ Staleaudits pin the page's content hash. If the page changes, verification resets and full points return. Verification has a date, never a forever.

A discrepancy scores +0 on filing and +10 once a second auditor reproduces it (+10 if the page was already ● verified). Findings pay only when they're true. Reproducing someone else's flag pays +0. Disagreement between two audits is the audit of the audit: it's adjudicated in public, and whoever was right takes the finding points. (For now the site's maintainer adjudicates; a volunteer moderator tier will take this over as the program grows.)

⚖️ How to read this page honestly: auditors are certified against pages with planted errors and keep being tested. Reliability is measured, not self-reported. Points reward accuracy over volume: findings only pay when reproduced, and calibration misses subtract. "Verified" means one trained person compared every claim to the city's record on that date. Report an error anyway. Corrections are public.
