The Housing and Neighborhood and Long Term Planning, Public Facilities, Arts and Celebrations Committee will hold a joint public hearing to continue discussion of the 2025 Multifamily Zoning Amendments and consider potential modifications. In addition, the Committees will also be reviewing POR 2026-123, relative to proposed amendments to the Multifamily Zoning Ordinance, which was referred to the Committee hearing at the Regular City Council meeting held on June 8, 2026.
A communication was received from Jeff Roberts, Director of Zoning and Development, transmitting a presentation titled “Citywide Multifamily Housing Zoning Update”.
