Roundtable / Working Meeting

Not a committee at all — a form of the council's own meeting, defined by Rules 23A, 23C and 23D. It appears here because it keeps its own agendas and minutes, separately from regular meetings.

The full council. The Mayor sets the agenda in consultation with the City Manager and other members. No fewer than two meetings a year may be roundtable/working meetings, and the date for each is set by majority vote at a prior regular or special meeting. Charge per the Rules of the City Council 23A, 23C and 23D, adopted June 1, 2026.

What it takes up

Source: Rules of the City Council, adopted June 1, 2026 · no public comment is taken at a roundtable, because nothing there can be finally considered; written comments are accepted into the record, and oral comment happens at the regular or special meeting where the item can actually be acted on (Rule 23D) · sources & meeting inventory
