For the purpose of entertaining a motion to convene in Executive Session for hearing Level III grievances as part of collective bargaining (CEA Units A&B) and to discuss strategy for collective bargaining and litigation as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining and litigation positions of the School Committee.
