Entertaining a motion to convene in Executive Session for the purposes of hearing a Level III grievance (CEA Units A&B) as part of collective bargaining and to discuss strategy for collective bargaining and litigation as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining and litigation positions of the School Committee.
