For the purpose of entertaining a motion to consider the Superintendent’s Recommendation #24-060 (Genocide Education Grant) and to entertain a motion to convene in executive session for the purpose of conducting a strategy session in preparation for contract negotiations with nonunion personnel as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating positions of the School Committee.
