Theresa confirmed today that the COVID documents were uploaded to the portal on 9/20, and she is  reviewing how to add Ashley to the portal.  2. Seaport: Outside counsel submitted the Landmarks Application and the hearing is scheduled for October  8th.  Outside counsel, Adam Braillard, is expected to join the hearing call. 
13 3. Back Bay: The existing non‐illuminated signage is 16”H, and the height of the band must increase to 24”H to  include illumination.  Per Michael Kuronen, the signage is “On hold”.  4. Harvard Square: This project was reviewed with outside counsel on 9/24, and Michael Kuronen recommends to  remove the last sign on Lyndon street to reduce the overall signage SF at both elevations.  Image One is delayed  in sending this revision and I will work to receive by EOD 9/28.  Ashley to provide a permit/hearing timeline by  10/2.  5. Park Square:  This afternoon I forwarded the signage history to this group and outside counsel.  See attached.  6.
