Identiti is the signage provider for One Medical and we have been granted the project for the new One
Medical site at 822 Sommerville Ave in Cambridge, MA.
Since we are the primary signage vendor for One Medical, we do not have a contract on a site by site basis.
This letter is to be used as our contract for the city and permitting process.
The total cost for the new proposed signage at this location is about $20,000. Fabrication costs come out to
$12,000 and the install is $8,000
