This letter is meant to inform my colleagues on the City Council and the public that last month, Naomie Stephen, Executive Secretary to the City Council, was appointed to serve as the City’s liaison with Randi Frank Consulting, LLC. as the process for choosing our next city manager gets underway. Ms. Stephen and representatives of Randi Frank Consulting, LLC., shall be looking to meet in the coming days to flesh out a timetable for determining what the next steps in this process shall be, and I anticipate that further updates will be made in the Government Operations committee once those discussions have taken place.
