A communication transmitted from Louis A. DePasquale, City Manager, relative to a request to designate First Assistant City Solicitor Megan Bayer as the City of Cambridge liaison to the State Ethics Commission effective April 1, 2022

City of Cambridge Agenda Item Number 1 IN CITY COUNCIL March 21, 2022 WHEREAS: The State’s Conflict of Interest Law at General Laws Chapter 268A, Section 29 requires that each municipality, acting through its City Council, shall designate a senior level employee of the municipality as its liaison to the State Ethics Commission, now therefore be it ORDERED: That First Assistant City Solicitor Megan Bayer be and hereby is designated as the liaison to the State Ethics Commission for the City of Cambridge effective April 1, 2022.
