To meet the deadlines, this needs to be voted out to full Council at this meeting to appear on the agenda for October 3. Assuming it passes to a second reading, it would be advertised on October 12, and receive a second reading/ordained on October 24. There is no wiggle room. Assuming it passes to a second reading it would be advertised on September 21 and receive a second reading/ordained on October 25. There is no wiggle room.
