A communication transmitted from Yi-An Huang, City Manager, relative to relative to the appropriation and authorization to borrow $50,000,000 to provide funds for the reconstruction of the Mass Avenue between Waterhouse Street and Alewife Parkway

City of Cambridge Agenda Item Number 2 IN CITY COUNCIL May 1, 2023 ORDERED: That $50,000,000 is appropriated for the purpose of financing the repair and/or reconstruction of Mass Ave between Waterhouse Street and Alewife Parkway in order to implement separated bike lanes and to meet this appropriation the Treasurer with the approval of the City Manager is authorized to borrow $50,000,000 under Chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other enabling authority.
