*All Focus Groups will be scheduled between Thursday, June 9 and Thursday, June 16
* Approximately 96 key constituency groups will be invited to participate in the Focus Groups
*There will 28 Focus Groups targeting key constituency groups across the city, including two general
citywide sessions that will be scheduled in two different locations of the city

*Two 90-minute "drop-in" sessions in City Hall for city employees will be scheduled during the course of
the week
* Nine one-on-one interviews with each City Council member
*Approximately 16 one-on-one meetings with key staff will be interspersed into the week-long schedule
*A communication plan is being developed to ensure timely and comprehensive notice of meeting ,
times and locations for each participating constituency group, city councillor and key staff personnel.
