Dear Mayor Simmons, Vice Mayor McGovern, and Councillors,
Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday, November 28, 2024, items for the
December 2, 2024 agenda are due to the City Clerk (in MinuteTraq) by noon on Tuesday,
November 26, 2024.
Items from the public including Communications and Applications and Petitions are
also due by noon on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.
