On August 5, 2024, the City Council passed a policy order calling for the formation of “…a Special Committee of the Whole or hold a special City Council meeting to discuss the Charter Review Committee recommendations and plan the process moving forward”. I am establishing a Special Committee of the Whole that will be co-chaired by Councilor Siddiqui and Councilor Toner.
