I am writing to support the "City Manager's Agenda Item #5" in support of Option #1. I support option 1 because by removing parking from Garden street, streets like mine will become overcrowded and challenging to park. By removing street parking on Garden street, people will park on Madison or other residential streets. Additionally, the street appears to be much safer and quieter by being a one way vs two way.
