Proposed projects include but are not limited to upgrades of Public Works facilities, municipal offices, youth centers, branch libraries, fire stations, and deferred maintenance, and to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer with the approval of the City Manager is authorized to borrow $11,100,000 under Chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor.
