ORDERED:
That the City Council goes on record authorizing the Purchasing Agent to award an
extension for up to three (3) months to the existing contract with Motivate (formerly
Alta) as operator of the Hubway bike share system, in order to allow the Hubway bike
share system to operate without interruption and to enable the City to negotiate and
successfully execute a new contract.
