That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to consult with the Department of Public Works and all other city Departments with view to discuss the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority and DivcoWest for an explanation detailing the background of this project and report back to the City Council by the November 13, 2017 City Council meeting

COUNCILLOR TOOMEY
WHEREAS:
Due to the North Point Development, there will be an installation of a new sewer line
on Gore Street which would accommodate North Point waste only; and
WHEREAS:
This project severely impacts the residents of Gore Street; now therefore be it
ORDERED:
That City Manager be and hereby is requested to consult with the Massachusetts Water
Resources Authority and DivcoWest for an explanation detailing the background of
this project and report back to the City Council by the November 13, 2017 City
Council meeting.
