Re: Curb Cut at 247 Lakeview Avenue
To Whom It May Concern:
We made attempts to secure sign-off from all abutters of 247 Lakeview Avenue, as required for
the curb cut application process. Letters were left for all abutters, along with copies of the curb
cut sketch and the abutter signature form with pre-stamped and addressed return envelopes.
We received back the signature forms from George Sallum, owner of 249 Lakeview Avenue, as
well as from Elizabeth Anderson, owner of 233-235 Lakeview Avenue. Scans of those two
signature forms are also attached here.
