Mayor and honorable members, in response to your council order and inquiries 1 wanted to respond formally. We are
committed to having our next public meeting before the end of June. We are finalizing our technical plans including fire
and emergency egress. The building is complicated as it shares a connection to an abutting structure. We are confident
we will finalize plans and begin the public process by that time. Our goal would be to have historic meetings early fall.
The work is technical and the plan is consistent with the conceptual plan unveiled in May.
