That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to provide a report on the history of Constellation Charitable Foundation's Parcel C in Kendall Square including tax status and other relevant information on the site

City of Cambridge O-5 ORIGINAL ORDER IN CITY COUNCIL April 30, 2018 COUNCILLOR TOOMEY COUNCILLOR MALLON WHEREAS: The Constellation Charitable Foundation is planning on selling the site known as Parcel C in Kendall Square; and WHEREAS: The Constellation Charitable Foundation has had a long history of ownership of Parcel C; now therefore be it ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to provide a report on the history of the property including tax status, the zoning history and other relevant information on the site; and be it further ORDERED: That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to work with the Community Development Department to ensure that the use of Parcel C will have some community benefit in the form of an arts and cultural component in any future development that occurs there.
