The permit holder must commit to properly maintain the patio area throughout the year and if this stipulation is not met, the sidewalk permit will be revoked. This permit, if issued, will comply with the requirements of the 5 Year Streets and Sidewalk Plan. If approved, the petitioner will have to follow up with License Commission to modify their Common Victualler License and receive approval from the ABCC before the DPW will issue this permit.
