ORDERED:
That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to report back to the City Council
with the cost of implementing a means testing for the resident parking sticker program
for those who would receive a reduction in the resident parking sticker fee using
existing means testing done by other department for other programs in the City for
those who are in financial need.
